Robert installed a panel in a walk-in shower that has been done incorrectly by a previous person. Courteous and knowledgeable. He corrected a previous installation. He did not say anything bad about the previous person. He stated what he was going to do to correct it and he did! Great job! Wish he had been able to do the complete installation.
